Maliksons Quality Assurance

To enhance the reputation, competitiveness and profitability of the Company, it is necessary to not only supply a service of the highest Quality, but to maintain this Quality level and continuously strive to improve it.

The Quality Assurance Systems and Procedures contained in and referred to by our manual are mandatory and binding for the entire Company and shall be strictly adhered to by all employees of the Company.

It is the responsibility of all employees to ensure that all work carried out by the Company is done so in accordance with the specified requirements, and shall reflect Maliksons commitment to:

The responsibility for ensuring continued and effective use of the procedures is the direct responsibility of the Quality Manager, as are the compilation, revision and maintenance of the Manual and associated Procedures.

By the implementation and maintenance of a Quality System that complies with the requirements of ISO 9002:2000, the objectives of the Company are to enhance our reputation through:
